A short introduction to Epidemiology with
with R
The course will introduce basic epidemiological concepts and in
particular practial calculations and reporting both in tabular and
graphical form with R
Formally no prior knowledge of R is
required, a short introduction is given, but please see to it that you
have all the relevant paraphernalia installed on your computer as
indicated below, particularly if you are not
familiar with R.

It is assumed that each participant brings a
computer with the latest version
of R (3.1.2) and
the Epi package (1.1.67). To
check this, start R and write:
