    Install the latest version of R, 2.12.1, available from the R homepage.
    Additionally, please install the R-packages:
    • Epi version 1.1.20: Use "Install packages" from within R.
    • BRugs by clicking on "Install packages", select a mirror and then the BRugs package.
    • MethComp version 1.3 from here :
      Download the file MethComp_1.3.zip, start R, click on "Install package(s) from local zip file", and point to the file you just downloaded.
